Our Guild Rules |
Though the Guild is fairly lenient, we do require that the following rules be followed by all members!
Transgressions will be punishable by the leaders, depending of course on the severity of the crime.
1. Read Note Boards.
Read at least the main note board, on a regular basis. It doesn't have to be every time you log on, but please try to read it at least once a month. It is crucial to keep up with any major events in the Guild.
2. Keep Guildchat On.
Keep the guild channel on as often as possible. If you find that you need to turn it off for some reason, please announce that you are doing so, so that the other members know and don't try to include you in the conversation.
3. Outcast Before Trading/Selling Clerics.
You must get a Guild member outcast if you are planning to sell or trade that cleric. The only possible exception to this rule is if you are trading or selling the cleric to someone who is already a member of our Guild.
4. Do not share Characters.
Your Guilded cleric is not to be shared with any non Guild members. If you wish to share with other guild members, that is permitted, but remember to only give your passwords to someone you trust...Immortals (and Guild Leaders) can't retrieve a character if someone decides to change your password.
5. Do Not Give Out Guild Items.
Guild items are not to be given out, even to your own alts. This includes any equipment, potions, foods, or anything else unique to our guild. The only exception to this is if you must trans a Prayer (recall) to an alt, for immediate use.
6. Do Not Abuse Donations.
Equipment found in the Donation Room is for your Guilded Cleric only. Not your alts, friends, or anybody that is not in the guild. These items have been donated with the intention of helping Guilded Clerics, and should be used only as such. Taking it for any other reason is stealing. This also includes taking it and midasing, auctioning, or trafficking the item.
7. Communicate Your Concerns.
If you have a problem with anything or anybody, we encourage you to talk it over with either a Leader or a Council of Clerics member, whomever you feel the most comfortable with. We want you to enjoy yourself here, and we're here to help!
8. Be Good!
Generally, just try to be kind to others. You represent the Guild, and as such influence how others, including possible applicants, may see our role in the Realms. We trust you to use your best judgement and to make the Realms a better place for all!!!
